Deposits are credited to your 25php account balance upon confirmation of receipt. 25php is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the details on your 25php account. 25php reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
25php aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or due to third-party processing delays.
All transactions on the 25php Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 25php is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.
25php does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees incurred are charged by your payment provider and are outside 25php's control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 25php makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.
25php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 25php reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination of your account for cause, 25php may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, 25php may forfeit all or part of your balance in accordance with these Terms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 25php support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

25php operates under PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
25php reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 25php will notify registered players via email or an on-Platform notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the 25php Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
